At CopyCheck.pro, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on our website without permission, please provide a written DMCA notice that includes the following essential information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL or precise location on our site where the infringing material is located.
- Your full name, current mailing address, phone number, and a valid email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that content you posted was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. This counter-notification must also comply with the DMCA and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which CopyCheck.pro may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit against you seeking a court order to prevent the content from being restored.
